Meet 3x Catalyst.

We bring business discovery and hands-on engineering to the same project. The job is to understand where work gets stuck, build a useful improvement, and make sure your team can use it.

Kevin

Kevin

Business & discovery

Kevin has found sites, raised capital, developed self-storage facilities, and taken them through to sale. He knows the work involved in running a facility.

Kevin leads the business conversation and develops the opportunity with you. He works out where the team loses time and who needs to be involved.

Your first conversation
Walk through the task, its business impact, and the result you want.
During discovery
Bring the process owner and the important decisions into the conversation.
As the project takes shape
Keep the business priorities and scope aligned with what the team needs.
Jonathan

Jonathan

Engineering & delivery

Jonathan is an AI software engineer at JPMorgan Chase. His background brings hands-on AI engineering experience to the workflows we build.

Jonathan turns the workflow into a technical scope, then builds and tests it. He checks the systems and access before a connection or delivery date is promised.

During discovery
Check feasibility, system access, exceptions, and running costs.
During delivery
Build the agreed workflow and test ordinary cases, failures, and human review.
At handoff
Explain how to use it, what needs monitoring, and who handles changes under the agreed support arrangement.

Business context meets technical delivery.

Kevin brings the business problem into focus. Jonathan checks what the systems can support. That connects the first conversation to a scope the team can actually deliver.

That is the work we take on: understanding the process, connecting the tools, testing the results, and agreeing what happens after launch.
