Questions

What to expect from a project, what your team controls, and how we decide whether the work makes sense.

Fit and cost

Why hire you instead of buying an AI tool?

Our work is fitting the tool to your process: connecting systems, defining the rules, testing the result, and making the handoff usable. If an existing feature solves the problem, configuring it may be the whole project.

What makes a good first project?

A task that repeats, has a clear owner, and produces a result someone can check. We also need supported system access and a credible benefit compared with the full cost of running it.

How much does it cost?

We quote after checking the task, systems, volume, and support needs. The proposal separates implementation, recurring support, and software usage costs. See Services for how the engagement options differ.

How quickly can it be running?

A narrow workflow with supported access usually takes less work than several connected systems. We confirm access, scope, and testing requirements before agreeing a delivery date.

Will this replace our existing software?

We start with your current tools. Replacing a system would need its own reason and scope. Often the useful change is a connection between tools or a better configuration.

Are the examples real customer results?

The conversations and records shown here are illustrative and use synthetic data. They show how a proposed workflow could operate. Your pilot would be checked against measures agreed for your business.

Control and support

Can a workflow run fully autonomously?

Yes. We can build workflows that complete tasks end to end within agreed permissions, limits, and operating rules. You choose where approvals are required. We define how exceptions are handled, test the workflow, and put monitoring in place before launch.

Can you connect to our system?

We need the exact product and the action you want it to perform. Reading a record, creating a booking, and sending a message can require different permissions. Jonathan checks the required access before promising a connection.

How do you make it reliable?

We define correct output, test exceptions and failed steps, limit permitted actions, and give unresolved work an owner. The pilot includes your team’s review effort, not just whether the automation completed.

What should we share in the first conversation?

A process description, product names, rough volume, and redacted examples. Leave customer, employee, payment, and other sensitive records out of the project brief. Any production data access is agreed during scoping.

Which AI model do you use?

The task, required data handling, accuracy, and running cost guide that choice. Some steps use a model to interpret text; other steps work better with ordinary rules or an existing software feature.

What happens after launch?

The proposal names who monitors the workflow and handles exceptions, maintenance, and changes. A project can end with a handoff to your team, include separate support, or continue under managed operations.
